- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪EDITED: I don't know where Steve went, but he was friendly and when I talked to him I didn't feel like I was "inconveniencing" someone for a basic request. A little bit of friendliness could go a long way. I might be shopping my next policy online. PREVIOUS REVIEW: Solid customer service, keen attention to detail and competitive rates. Steve and his team are very professional. I'm very happy with my choice to go with them instead of spending a bunch of time shopping around online as I've done in the past.
